I joined Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) back in May 2008, about a year from now.
I first worked under Lifen as a secretary for the first 4 months, after which I moved on to help Lifen, Smith and Chenpeng as a Recruitment Officer for 3 months.
Finally I contracted as a financial consultant in December 2008 and worked until now.
I find that the working life in Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) is very different compared to the previous jobs I had.
The organisation is young and vibrant, full of energy and the people here are all super friendly and helpful, always ready to share their experiences and giving me the support and encouragement I need.
Life has been more exciting ever since, as I learnt in Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) many invaluable lessons and new experiences due to the different job scopes I did. Listening to the advice from the seniors and managers also helped me grow as a person to be more mature and intelligent.
Aside from working everyday, we also have organized outings such as our PA outing and agency retreat so that we all can have a day of fun together and build closer friendships.
Functions like our own Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) D&D are also held to recognize efforts of the people who worked very hard and achieved certain targets.
Over at Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®), due to our flexible working hours, we learn to be independent and have self discipline. We also have a proper system to follow, such as our AG group schedule and time genie in order to help us motivate and work harder to achieve our targets.
Although Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) is a big organisation, we emphasize honor and integrity and we work based on love, trust and respect. Colleagues are always there to lend a helping hand to one another and there is respect for the seniors. Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) enforces family first, self and then organisation which I feel is very selfless and has important significance.
We practice love, health and wealth as to promote our overall wellbeing, therefore we organize weekend runs at East Coast Park and we actively participate in charity marathons.
As Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) actively contributes back to society, we have organized events to help the needy, such as raising funds for yellow ribbon, and helping out at the senior citizens’ home.
Finally, as we work hard together as a family to achieve our common goals, we do it morally, ethically and legally.
I think that Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) has done a lot to provide us a branding, a symbol that we can carry and show to others that we are different; we even have our own pledge, corporate song, polo t-shirt and notebook.
I personally feel that this organisation really provides me the platform that I can use to help me succeed in my life, be it personal or monetary. I will continuously grow to be a better person, to share and pass on my knowledge to help many others succeed in their life as well.
Lastly, I want to thank and appreciate Peter Tan for all the effort and hard work that he has put in to build this amazing and fun-filled organisation for us to live and work in.

so you wanna know more?
With soft gray eyes she gloomed and glowered;
With soft red lips she sang a song:
What knight might gaze upon her face,
Nor fare along?
For all her looks were full of spells,
And all her words, of sorcery;
And in some way they seemed to say,
"Oh, come with me! oh, come with me!
Oh, come with me, my love, Sir Kay!"--
How should he know the witch, I trow,
Morgan La Fey?
